1. Initial Consultation (Free)

2. Choose or Create Your Floor Plan

Options:

  • Pick one of our signature Drylands plans
  • Customize an existing plan
  • Bring your own architect’s plans
  • What we provide:
    • Professional guidance to make sure your plan fits your budget, lifestyle, and lot.

3. Pricing & Proposal

Once the plan is finalized, we deliver a detailed proposal that includes:

  • Total build cost
  • Allowances (cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures, etc.)
  • Timeline estimate
  • What’s included vs. optional upgrades
  • Goal: full transparency — no surprises later.

4. Contract Signing

We finalize:

  • Construction contract
  • Allowance sheet
  • Build timeline
  • Warranty information
  • Payment schedule
  • After signing:
    • Your build goes on our construction calendar.

5. Loan & Financing (If Needed)

If you’re working with a lender, we help coordinate:

  • Construction loan
  • Permanent (end) financing
  • Appraisal
  • Builder documentation
    • We stay in communication with your lender to keep things easy.

6. Pre-Construction Meeting

Before breaking ground, we confirm:

  • Final floor plan
  • Exterior colors/materials
  • Electrical + lighting layout
  • Plumbing placements
  • Cabinets & appliances
    • This is where your vision becomes real.

7. Construction Phase

This includes:

  • Foundation & Framing
    • Slab, framing, roof, windows, exterior wrap.
  • Mechanical Systems
    • HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
  • Interior Finishes
    • Drywall, cabinets, flooring, paint, trim.
  • Final Touches
    • Fixtures, hardware, mirrors, cleanup.
  • Communication:
    • You get weekly updates + pictures so you never feel in the dark.

8. Walkthroughs

Quality Check Walkthrough

  • We check everything before you do.

Homeowner Walkthrough

  • Together we go room by room, create a punch list, and schedule all fixes.

9. Closing Day

Before you get the keys, we complete:

  • Final cleaning
  • Final inspections
  • Lender paperwork
  • Warranty onboarding

10. Warranty & Support

We offer service after move-in for:
