Christian Wentland

Drylands Homes was founded in 2023 by Christian Wentland, a builder with more than five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Since 2021, Christian has served as a Superintendent, overseeing projects from the ground up with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

His work has earned recognition as a WTHBA Parade of Homes Award–Winning Builder, reflecting his commitment to excellence and attention to detail in every home he builds.

Fun fact: The name Drylands started as an inside joke. A friend once thought Christian’s last name was Wetland instead of Wentland—so he started calling him Drylands. The nickname stuck, and eventually became the name behind the brand.
